Young musical talents of Burgas will actively participate in initiatives related to the city’s candidacy for European Capital of Culture in 2032. An agreement for partnership and in support of joint cultural activities on the way to Burgas 2032 was signed by the Deputy Mayor of Burgas Municipality, Diana Savateva, and the Director of the ‘Prof. Pancho Vladigerov’ National School of Music and Stage Art (NUMSI), Dimitar Madzharov.

“I’m certain that this partnership with NUMSI will provide an additional creative stimulus for the expression of young talents. We need graduates of the school at all cultural locations in the city,” Savateva said. “We will continue to actively participate in all initiatives that represent the spirit and musical potential of our city,” Madzharov added.

The new agreement is a prerequisite for expanding joint projects, facilitating additional stages for young musicians, and further enhancing NUMSI’s active participation in initiatives related to the city’s candidacy for European Capital of Culture in 2032.
